About this site

This utility user portal, which is powered by Landis+Gyr Inc. , provides a secure online interface for operating and managing the Landis+Gyr® Virtual Peak Plant^SM (VPP) software. Managing the VPP includes monitoring energy consumption, starting and stopping conservation events, creating and managing groups of customer accounts used for conservation events, and assisting customers with their accounts. This site is for use by authorized utility personnel and authorized Landis+Gyr Technical Support personnel.

Terminology

“Utility” is used herein to refer generically to all electric energy provider organizations, including investor-owned, municipal-owned, and cooperative electric energy providers.

“Customer” is used to refer to an electric provider’s residential and business subscribers or members.

Your Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your username or password. You must notify your supervisor immediately if you detect a security breach. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your username or password to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Landis+Gyr is not responsible for third party access to your username and password that results from theft or misappropriation of your username and password. Landis+Gyr and the utility reserve the right to cancel service, terminate usernames and passwords, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

Usage of this account is governed by the terms of your agreement with the utility.

Privacy

We recognize that privacy is important to you, the utility and your customers. To protect the security of personal information and data, we use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our data center.

Your user ID, password, email address or other information on file are not shared with other entities except as may be required by law.

If Landis+Gyr needs to assist you with technical problems, we may collect local web configuration information, including:

Browser type,
Operating system, and
Browser settings.
